THE
DOLOMITE SOLUTION
By Trevor Scott
Murder, suspense, and intrigue
propel this third Jake Adams mystery thriller from
the Dolomite mountains of northern Italy, to the winding
back streets of Innsbruck, Austria, and across the
Atlantic to Rhode Islands
Narragansett Bay area. Two scientists have discovered
the DNA link to heart disease in a remote Italian
mountain village, and a way to synthesize it and begin
selling it to the general public. Theyre
up for the Nobel Prize and set to make millions after
teaming up with an Austrian biotechnology company.
But there are factions who make a good living off
the number one killer in America, and other companies
that would like the solution for themselves. When
someone kills one scientist and tries for the second,
trying to steal this new cure, only one man can bring
The Dolomite Solution to the public...Jake
Adams!
Trevor Scott is the author of
the international thrillers, FATAL
NETWORK, EXTREME FACTION, THE
DOLOMITE SOLUTION, and
HYPERSHOT.. He
was a weapons expert working the flight deck of aircraft
carriers in the Navy, and was a captain in the Air
Force, where he was stationed in Germany for three
years in a tactical missile unit. He holds a bachelors
in English from the University of Minnesota, and a
masters in creative writing from Northern Michigan
University. He currently resides in Oregon with his
wife and two sons.
Trevor
Scott delivers with The Dolomite Solution. Jake Adams
is up against a bitter enemy, and with his usual aplomb
Scott ratchets up the action. He is an expert at thoroughly
deceiving the reader, drawing us into a seemingly
insolvable plot just as he fascinates us with action
that is non-stop. Jake is his usual disarming self,
understated in a thoroughly fascinating way until
his enemies inflate with their own devious cunning.
We can't wait for him to succeed, and we can't help
but be relieved when he finds his true lady love in
the end...a wonderful read.--The

Previous
titles have fit the Tom Clancy techno mold, but this
topical tale of DNA research and a possible cure for
heart disease falls more in the James Bond tradition
of fancy cars and fast women.--Publishers
