Emerson Highsmith is not your average 14-year-old. Sure, he goes to school and hangs out with his friends like everyone else, but Emerson is different. Ezra Thorne graduated from Oregon State University with a BA in English. He is a touring musician, an avid writer of short stories, and a world traveler, having been to over 40 countries. The Sword Maker’s Seal is his first book.
